LOOK AT IT . Awareness is the harbinger of change. When we are feeling low and shitty, the lady thing you want to do is really “see” what’s going on, but that’s the first thing you need to do. . One problem or situation isn’t really just that situation. It was little things that began to go awry that weren’t paid attention to.
